Warranty/Exchange and Repair Policy


If you are not satisfied with your Jeanne Lottie handbag we will gladly exchange any full-priced items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new and unused in good condition, with the original tags attached, accompanied by an original receipt/invoice or gift receipt.

There are no returns and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

Regular priced items purchased at JeanneLottie.com may be exchanged at our boutique in Yorkville, Toronto.

You will need to present your invoice or proof of purchase at the time of exchange.

Please note that in store exchanges are subject to inventory availability.


Repairs

Jeanne Lottie handbags are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty.

If the handbag proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair the item free of charge.

If the item cannot be repaired we will replace it with same or comparable priced item.

The customer will be contacted once the item is repaired and ready to be picked up from our boutique in Yorkville, Toronto.


Conditions and Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, wear and tear, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Jeanne Lottie.
