Gorgeous! As some of you may know, Jeanne Lottie’s been a supporter of Miss Teen Canada for a while now. A little while ago, we met this year’s Miss Teen Canada: Channing Smendziuk. Hailing from Brandon, MB, Ms. Channing so sweetly represents the best of what the West has to offer.

I was invited as a speaker for North American Association of Asian Professionals (NAAAP) last Friday and it was overwhelming to be recognized as one of the Asian women leaders who has inspired others.

The Toronto Film Festival brings lots of big names to the city, and every year I meet someone really amazing. This year, TIFF brought Mariel Hemingway to Toronto, where I met her at the Jeanne Lottie Pink House in Yorkville. I was so honoured to meet the actress who’s a beautiful woman on the inside and out.
