So, dear ladies, unfortunately it won’t do much good to come knocking at our Pink House if you’re looking for this spotted purse, but do check out Browns. Like most Torontonians in September, we’re spending a lot of our lunch hours scanning the cityscape for stars during this happiest of Festival Seasons. And though we may not personally be rubbing shoulders with George Cloonie, our bags are getting one step closer.

Jeanne Lottie’s in good company for this year’s Toronto  International Film Festival. This year, our bags are hanging out behind the TIFF scenes at two of Canada’s favourite entertainment news sources.

Over at eTalk, JL  bags have made their way to the star lounge and are spending quality time with Ben Mulroney and Tanya Kim, both of whom definitely have a flair for style. ET Canada’s wardrobe director, Maggie Bill, has hand-picked a few select JL evening bags to be options in the E Canada dressing room.

Also, let us not forget who the original Birkin bag was named and created for: that loveliest of muses, Jane Birkin, herself. Whether she’s on a movie set, singing a song, or hanging out with one of her lovely daughters, Jane always looks like she’s got the glow of true happiness. Now, a smile like that is clearly worth about $2.5 million, no?
